Farewell My Beloved Witch - S1-E3

Other mistake: The professor gets killed by Stern's machine gun, but he was inside the plane and the plane suffers not a single bit of damage. A stray bullet can go anywhere, but at least one of the other bullets should have hit the fuselage.

Plot hole: Lupin was captured by chance, and he did not plan for that, nor he seemed to have previous knowledge of Stern's appearance, but he escapes regardless using a Mission Impossible-like perfect mask of him. He also somehow kept his own blazer, tie and shoes underneath the uniform and boots he stole and wore. (00:16:00)

Continuity mistake: When Lupin is sitting in the prison cell listening to Stern's proposal, he never moves but his butt still rests on a different spot almost each time - look at the tiles, and how sometimes he's precisely within a single one, other times he's between two. (00:15:00)

Other mistake: In the first part of the episode, the Third Sun is purple when in the hand of the characters in close-up, and pink in the field. Different shades of pink, some quite dark, but never the same shade as the close-ups or even close.
