Towards the end of the episode, depending on if it's a further away shot or if it's a close-up, his position against the red and black checkered soundproofing on The Wall changes. Notably, look at the top right corner next to the black or red squares. (00:40:45)
Continuity mistake: Elio, played by Malcom, is being auctioned off at the start of the episode by the Nostalgia Critic, and behind him to the right of the screen are some cans of Red Bull and a soap or sanitizer dispenser. Then in the shot where the Nostalgia Critic smacks him in the head with the gavel, the Red Bull and dispenser have vanished. (00:01:38)
