Factual error: Adam is shot, and Kim responds to give him aid. Kim has her firearm out, searching and asking Adam, "where is he?" Instead of holstering her firearm, she tossed it aside to help Adam. Her action is not in accordance with law enforcement training. (00:36:17)

Character mistake: When Ruzek and Voight are questioning Wade Henslow (the father of missing girl) at the station, after finding out he lied and set up his own security to find his daughter Adam looks at Wade Henson but addresses him as "Mr. Larson" which is actually the last name of one of the kidnappers they found DOA who got into the gun fight with his security guy, the ex-cop Kenny. Question: If Voight's a dirty cop and everyone knows it why tolerate it? Why not set up a sting and take him down?
Answer: Also, if you watch Season 1 of Chicago Fire it gives a little history of Voight before he goes to jail when he was actually a "dirty cop" and Antonio Dawson is actually the one who takes him down. I found it interesting and was surprised by his character back then.
Answer: And cuz he's only dirty to the bad guys. He takes care of the victims.
Answer: Because he is a great cop and gets the job done better than anyone.
