Continuity mistake: After Leon Hamilton is stabbed, Richard Poole gets out the whiteboard and says "this time it's personal." Yet the whiteboard has some writing on it and some pictures. If you look at it closely, it is Benjamin Lightfoot, the guy killed in the next episode when Richard is sick. So the whiteboard has everything from the next episode before it happens.

Continuity mistake: Poole and Bordey are interviewing Gordon Foster, who lost the most money in the Paradise Beach scam. When he says "The divorce came through last week", the pen on the newspaper is in a different position (middle of the page, pointing straight forward) compared to the previous part of the scene. Continuity mistake: Samuel King is sitting outside a bar. On the promenade, notice a passerby walk past a couple. Samuel puts a 20 euros bill on the waitress' plate, and the same man and couple have the same encounter, again. (00:15:15)

Continuity mistake: The lizard waiting for Poole on the desk is in a different spot of the table in close-up compared to the view of the whole room - just check the distance from the side. (00:12:40)

Continuity mistake: When Dwayne waves around the dossier with Samuel King's name on it, in the closer angle he is holding it with the hand at the middle of the bottom side, while in the wider angle before and after he is holding it by the side/corner. (00:12:00)
