Continuity mistake: When Rick closes the window after putting out the fire, there is a small fire behind his bed that hasn't been put out. Vyvyan then walks into the room and the fire behind his bed is suddenly out. Also, the bottom of the curtain next to the bed suddenly moves onto the windowsill in between the two shots. (00:20:27)
