Now Comes the Sub-Mariner - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: Thing throws a giant stuffed blowfish at the destroyed hatch opening in order to prevent water from coming in. A couple of shots later, the blowfish is no longer blocking the opening and you can see the wall on the opposite side. (00:14:48)
