Aunt May: What happened to your face? It's filthy
Peter Parker: It is?
Aunt May: Yeah!
Peter: Oh yeah, I was cleaning, the chimney.
Aunt May: We have no chimney.
Peter Parker: Whaaat?
Peter Parker: You want me to come down there so you can kill me?
Aleksei Sytsevich: Yeah!
Peter Parker: OK, I'll be right there.
Peter Parker: Everyday I wake up knowing that no matter how many lives I protect, no matter how many people call me a hero, someone even more powerful could change everything.
Electro: I will control everything, and I will be like a god to them.
Spider-Man: A god named Sparkles?
Peter Parker: You know what it is I love about being Spider-Man? Everything!
Peter Parker: We all have secrets: the ones we keep... And the ones that are kept from us.
Spider-Man: Oh, no! You have found my weakness. Small knives!
Gwen Stacy: How did you get up here?
Peter Parker: The fire escape.
Gwen Stacy: That's twenty stories.
Peter Parker: Your doorman's intimidating.
Peter Parker: I've got to stop him, because I created him.
Gwen Stacy: That's not your job...
Peter Parker: Maybe it is.
Peter Parker: Ahem, you know, if you're going to steal cars, don't dress like a car thief.
Car Thief: You a cop?
Peter Parker: You seriously think I'm a cop in a skintight red and blue suit?
Robin Cavendish: Why do you keep your disabled people in prisons?
Diana Cavendish: I want Jonathan t know you, there must be something I can do.
Robin Cavendish: Get me out of here.
Diana Cavendish: Bloggs told me the other day that all our friends were convinced I'd give up on you. Apparently they saw me as some kind of a pampered nitwit.
Robin Cavendish: Well, you are a pampered nitwit.
Diana Cavendish: Oh, was I? Well, it didn't stop you running after me, did it?
Robin Cavendish: Well, no. I've got nothing against nitwits, as long as they're pretty.
Colin Campbell: There is something I have to say. I want you to know what a difference you've made to my life. It's not always been easy for me. Every time I come here... I go away stronger. And it's not because you're worse off than me.
Robin Cavendish: No, no, no.
Colin Campbell: It's who you are, Robin. Or who you've turned yourself into, God knows how.
Robin Cavendish: Thank you, Col.
Colin Campbell: I'm gonna miss you.
Robin Cavendish: This chair pushing business. Is is hard to do over long distances?
Diana Cavendish: Well, it's harder than a pram, I can tell you.
Robin Cavendish: Just think, all those affairs I could have had.
Diana Cavendish: And me.
Robin Cavendish: It's not too late for you.
Diana Cavendish: Oh, isn't it? What, and come back and find you've popped off while I was out?
Robin Cavendish: That would rather spoil the party, wouldn't it?
Prosecutor: There is only one question that any military court need ask of the accused: do you deny disobeying Col. Sangston's direct orders?
Judge: Well, do you, Private?
Desmond Doss: No, sir, I don't.
Judge: Why are you contesting it, then? Why is it so important to you, given your refusal to even touch a weapon to serve in a combat unit?
Desmond Doss: Because when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, I took it personal. Everyone I knew was on fire to join up, including me. There were two men in my hometown declared 4-F unfit, they killed themselves cause they couldn't serve. Why, I had a job in a defense plant and I could've taken a deferment, but that ain't right. It isn't right that other men should fight and die, that I would just be sitting at home safe. I need to serve. I got the energy and the passion to serve as a medic, right in the middle with the other guys. No less danger, just... while everybody else is taking life, I'm going to be saving it.
Desmond Doss: With the world so set on tearing itself apart, it don't seem like such a bad thing to me to want to put a little bit of it back together.
Desmond Doss: I don't know how I'm going to live with myself if I don't stay true to what I believe.
Sgt Howell: I have seen stalks of corn with better physiques. Makes me want to pull an ear off, Private! Can you carry your weight?
Desmond Doss: Yes, Sergeant!
Sgt Howell: It should be easy for you then. Corporal!
Corporal Jessop: Sergeant.
Sgt Howell: Make sure you keep this man away from strong winds.
