BASEketball (1998)

Question: When the player is saying "...I'm proud to finally play here in the fine city of Miami", who is the guy who stands up and corrects him? He looks really familiar but it isn't an important enough role to show up anywhere as far as I can tell.

Gary O'Reilly

Chosen answer: He's been a non-essential extra in a lot of films, but in a supporting role he is the the leader of the "3 sisters" group of male rapists in the Shawshank Redemption.

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where the insane sergeant lets all his squad off to see a film at the cinema etc, the microphones are visible under their tight tops. Look at the middle of the chest of anyone who is talking, and there's a lump there, yet it is not there on any of the none-talking soldiers (so it can't be part of the uniform).

Family Guy (1999)

Trivia: Almost all, if not all, the chain mail armour in this film is actually thick wool, which was very uncomfortable for the actors because it was often raining where they were filming, and the wool would become very damp and very heavy.

Trivia: Graham Chapman (Brian) also played the role of doctor for all the cast, who, being on location in Tunisia, often had a bit of an upset tummy.

Sex and Violence - S1-E1

Factual error: When the allies are testing their joke on the private in the field, just before he starts laughing at it, a bright red car drives past behind him. You can see it in a break in the trees. This sketch is set in WW2, and the car is obviously not from that era.

Brian in Love - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: After Lois accuses Stewie of peeing on the carpet, he asks her to bend down and slaps her with a glove. The glove remains in his hand in that cut, is still there when there is a wide shot of Peter, Stewie, Lois and Brian (you can just see it next to his trousers in his hand), but when it cuts back to Stewie and he starts on about "the outrages" etc, it is gone (the cut is instant, no time for him to put it back in his pocket). A common error, this one just struck me as strange, because the sandwich Stewie threw at Lois is there the entire scene. (00:03:35)

Predator (1987)

Trivia: When we see the predator polishing and sorting out his skull collection (before the final fight with Arnie), we see some skulls he had already cleaned, and one of them has a hole in the head (where he shot the person we see earlier). Nothing major, but it shows some nice thinking because we only see the skull for a split second.

Holy Crap - S2-E2

Audio problem: When Peter introduces the pope to his friends at work, and he is saying "Remember when we got that stripper for Charlie and it turned out to be his son? I think this is gonna top it" or something along those lines), Peter's mouth very obviously does not sync up with the words being said.
