Factual error: When Django saves Maria from the cowboys with the red scarves, he shoots 6 times. As he is yelling Maria she will be safe and that he is going to town for business, one of the bad guys is not quite dead. Django finishes him off with another shot. The issue is Django is carrying a 6 shooter revolver. He had already fired 6 shots. He never reloaded, so he wouldn't have been able to shoot the last guy again. (00:07:00 - 00:08:15)

Continuity mistake: When they fully cut off the right ear of one of the general's men and stuck it in his mouth, as he walked away, they shot him in the back. As he is falling to the ground, you can see his ear is still attached to his head. (00:42:45 - 00:43:15)

Django (1966)
Revealing mistake: When Django exits the saloon after having been in there to drink and have sex with Maria, his boots are already covered with wet mud. His boots should have dry, caked-on mud. This means they did multiple takes of this scene, but they didn't bother to clean off the boots between takes. (00:29:15 - 00:29:40)
