Continuity mistake: When Padme is stuck in the barrel and the melted metal to pour on to her, R2-D2 comes to the rescue. The problem is, by the time R2-D2 comes to stop it, the melted metal should have already poured on to her. It only took a few seconds for the metal to fill the other barrels. (01:41:30)

Continuity mistake: In the beginning where Padme and Anakin are about to leave Coruscant, Padme says, "Take good care of Dorme." Shortly after, one of her workers has a tear of worry. This tear disappears behind her nose and in the next shot the tear path is dry.
