NeoMatrix

Corrected entry: Judge Doom is run over by a steam roller, flattening him in the process. He later inflates himself, which results in a pair of glass eyes popping out of his head and landing at his feet. Considering they were made of glass due to the sound they make when striking the floor, they should have been crushed when the steam roller rolled over his head and, by extension, his glass eyes. (01:28:51 - 01:29:56)

NeoMatrix

Correction: Given that Doom is a cartoon in a world where the laws of physics don't always seem to apply, this doesn't seem to be a mistake.

LorgSkyegon

Correction: 1. It's a cartoon; the rules of the "real world" don't apply. 2. It's not a plot hole. The plot of the movie isn't broken because this happens. Even if they were crushed, by cartoon rules, they could have reformed afterwards anyway.

There is one flaw in your argument. The glass eyes were not "toon-related"; they were live-action, thus "real." They should obey the laws of reality given their makeup.

The Bad Guys (2022)

Corrected entry: When Snake and Wolf are fighting in the prison, a guard crashes down to the floor from above. Later, however, the guard is gone. (01:01:43 - 01:02:29)

NeoMatrix

Correction: When this guard falls to the floor between Wolf and Snake, he points to Diane Foxington at the upper level. Then, in the many shots that follow, we do not actually see the floor area where Wolf and Snake are being held by their own two guards. While Diane is taking out a bunch of other guards in multiple shots, the guard who originally fell has had ample time and opportunity offscreen to carefully flee—just hightail it out of there. So, as stated in the mistake, that guard is gone "later" in the scene, but this is not problematic to continuity.

Super Grover

That is a very legitimate correction. I do have one possible counter. When Diane was perched atop the railing, the ceiling above had additional lights above her, indicating it was the top floor/level. When Diane jumps high when the lights turn red, you can count the number of floors. There are three floors above the ground level. If that's the case, I personally feel it would have been very hard for the guard to move at all, let alone flee.

NeoMatrix

I do get what you're saying, but even if it's as you state "very hard" to flee, it is not impossible; though I don't think it's actually quite that hard. For instance, there are double doors directly behind that guard, and he could have slipped out that way. It's just the fact that, during the numerous shots of this lengthy sequence, we do not have eyes on this guard, nor do we see the floor area he was lying on. So, since it's possible, we cannot claim his being "gone" "later" as a mistake.

Super Grover

Corrected entry: During the kart ride to Cranky Kong's castle, a wide shot of the kingdom is shown, showing only two ramps on either side of the entrance. However, moments later, there is now a third ramp in the middle, leading to the entrance. (00:42:42)

NeoMatrix

Correction: The third ramp doesn't "appear." It's just harder to see because of the camera angle and the fact the color makes them blend in a bit. But if you look closely, all three ramps are there - one is to the right of the waterfall and two are to the left.
