Character mistake: The profile of Yuki Mori from Star Blazers 2199 mistakenly refers to her as "He is 19 years old", probably because the beginning of the profiles of the Yamato are all almost identical and 'copy and paste' was used. The correct pronoun "she" is used for the rest of the bio.

Character mistake: During the events of Angel of the Ring, in several dialogues Ralf, who is a Colonel and is called as such in said dialogues, takes orders from Heidern calling him "Captain." Heidern's correct rank in the storyline is "Commander."

Character mistake: Ben convinces Becky to let him work with her using the line he heard from Jules' mother, but he says it wrong; she said that women who sleep less than 7 hours per night are 38% more likely to gain weight, and De Niro says that they gain 38% more weight - kind of a big difference. Character mistake: Interviewing Garte, the cafeteria manager, after the preliminary investigation of the crime scene one of the possible questions is "Who else has keys to the trash container." Your partner Kim Kitsuragi at one point comments "Ah, the illusive CS Municipal." From the context it is apparent that he meant "elusive."

Character mistake: When Clare explains to the main character the purpose of the sceptre he's holding, she says "It's value is only in the information that exists here." It's the possessive pronoun 'its', so it's got no need for its apostrophe here.

Character mistake: When you are required to pick up books in Diana's library for one of the mini quests, one of the books in your inventory is "Perennial's of Cape Vedra." It's a plural, 'perennials', no apostrophe.

Character mistake: One of the possible messages that happens when Yamato faces Le Chevalier during mission 7 ("Cosmic Crossroads") prompts Kodai to say "This is the ship that is guarding the Pluto base." It's a phrase that fits their previous encounter when Shulz was in fact doing that, but since then the Pluto (or "Plato" base as the Gamillans call it) base was destroyed (by the Yamato itself, even) and they moved past it.

Character mistake: In the "Before battle" segment before battle 5 in Angel of the Ring part I, Kula during her introduction spells at one point "peropero" with an extra p, "peroperop."

Character mistake: One of the 'missions' involves sending one of your staff members at the Miss USA pageant. The text of the positive outcome does not adjust for the gender of the person you sent; even if you sent a woman, the result is "He was as cute as a kitten."

Character mistake: When the protagonist reads the expedition diary, the entry "The cursed arrival of the Spanish Fleet" recites that "Many of the traveler's met their end", with an obvious grammar error.

Character mistake: The first time that Diana mentions the mysterious civilization that produced the 'treasure', she mentions that "They survived in isolation until the 1500's." It's a plural, 1500s, no apostrophe.
Suggested correction: Both versions are acceptable depending what style guide someone chooses to follow. Anyone saying different is just stating an opinion (well, until all style guides decide to follow one rule). It's similar to plural letters, as in "mind your p's and q's."

Character mistake: When Ben and Stephanie are studying, she repeats the stages of mitosis (which should be prophase, metaphase, anaphase, telophase, with minor differences in the way textbooks divide them) out order; anaphase, metaphase, interphase, prophase. She is supposed to be an A student and Ben, who is also smart and reading from the notes and textbook, says she is right. (00:18:55)

Character mistake: In the Kyokugen Karate team ending, Takuma says that Saishu (Saisyu) "Couldn'tve died from that." At most it'd be "couldn't've." The dialogue preceding the fight features also obvious mistranslations (such as Saisyu talking about being 'resurrected') and general SNK weirdness (like Ryo calling his Italian pal Robert "samurai-head").
