Question: At the beginning of the episode, Peter, Quagmire, and Joe are talking about how long they can stay awake for. Joe says that he "never sleeps because something has been beeping in his bedroom for 3 years. Bonnie won't look for it and he can't find it." Is this implying that its some chip inside of him, or in Bonnie, or what?

Character mistake: When Francine calls Stan to tell him Hayley is in rehab, he later asks her whose car she crashed, when Francine had never said that a car had been crashed to begin with.
Answer: My guess is the item is an old phone, radio, MP3 player, or some other device. Joe gave up finding it, and Bonnie won't help him. I think this is a comment on how Bonnie can feel trapped and frustrated in their marriage - quite a change from earlier episodes when Joe was confident and admired by Bonnie and their neighbours.
