Does anyone know the name of this movie? I believe it was late 80's, early 90's. There are people in a van and they have a sick boy with them. They get out to search the area leaving the boy with a man, possibly his father. When they return the boy is eating the man. I guess it might have been a zombie movie, but for sure some type of pandemic flick.
