Spider-Man 3 (2007)

Question: This applies to all 3 films. Wouldn't someone eventually see Spiderman coming out of Peter Parker's apartment and put 2 and 2 together? Doesn't this seem just a bit careless on Peter's part?

Chosen answer: Answered in the comics: Peter's Spider-Sense tells him if someone is looking when he's about to enter/exit the apartment as Spider-Man.

Captain Defenestrator

Trivia: Aside from Lou Ferrigno appearing in the film, there are other nods to the TV series such as the piano song about 1/4 of the way through the film(when Dr Banner is walking the streets) and when Dr Banner and Dr Ross steal the truck, it's a 70's model F-150 which Dr Banner also drove in the TV series, albeit a different colored one.

Factual error: In several chase scenes that take place in Washington DC McLane and Farrell are driving around the city with buildings that are at least 40 to 50 stories tall. This is impossible as the Height of Buildings Act of 1910 prevents any building being any higher than 20ft more than the width of the street the said building sits on. The buildings seen in the chases are much too tall for this city to actually be Washington DC.

The 6th Day (2000)

Continuity mistake: When Drucker jumps from the roof onto the glass at the end(to avoid the rotors of the Whisper Craft), the establishing shot shows him on the last panel of glass next to the wall. However when you see Drucker fall from the inside shot, he falls from the middle of the glass roof and no wall is seen anywhere near him. (01:51:50)

Fright Night (1985)

Revealing mistake: When Charley stabs Dandridge in the hand with his pencil, he stabs the hand holding him by the neck. The depth of the wound on Dandridge's hand reveals that the pencil should have stabbed Charlie in his neck and given him a severe wound, if not kill him.

Factual error: At the end of the season the Cubs end the year tied with the Mets for the Division. This is correct since the MLB didn't switch to 3 divisions until '94 (when there were no playoffs that year due to the player strike). In the 1 game playoff with the Mets John Candy gets excited and declares the winner will go to the World Series. After the game the Coach tells Chet "I'm saving you for the playoffs". If Candy was right about the game then the coach is a complete idiot for not knowing that they are already IN the playoffs. Now they couldn't have been playing in the Division Series (the 5 game first round series) because that didn't exist until '95(would have started in '94 if not for the strike). So either the game was meant to be game 7 of the LCS (League Championship Series), which isn't possible because at the time the Cubs and Mets were in the same division and before '95 (once again due to the strike) 2 teams from the same division couldn't make the playoffs together, or this was a one game playoff to decide the division winner and then the winner would go on to the LCS, which makes Candy wrong. Either way this isn't explained very well at all and confuses many.

Resident Evil (2002)

Question: So when the game RE:2 came out there was an entry to win a role in the Resident Evil film. Who in this film was the winner of that contest or was a winner ever named? I ask because I found my old game disk and the entry was still in the case and I was wondering if someone did win, if so who was it?

Chosen answer: The winner was the English girl playing the Red Queen.

Continuity mistake: In the shot where we see the bar (for the very first time) they are going to, you can see the background is flat, kind of like the building is on a flat area of land with nothing behind it. At the end of the film we see not only a giant ditch but also the trucks from over the years piled up behind the bar.

Trivia: Harrison Ford played the part of the School Principal but his scenes were cut. His wife at the time was one of the screenwriters and he visited the set regularly so Mr. Spielberg asked him to play the part. This rumor was confirmed in the 2002 20th Anniversary Limited Edition DVD book that came with the Boxset.

In The Army Now (1994)

Trivia: Brendan Fraser once again reprises his role as Encino Man in this film, as the soldier who tells Bones "don't eat the chicken, it tastes just like frog," and then eats something off Bones' tray.

Sahara (2005)

Continuity mistake: When the Admiral's friend from the CIA leaves after pouring the water for the bad guy at the restaurant, he gets on the elevator and takes his tie off. When the angle changes to the bottle of water and the elevator goes down, his tie is back on.
