Deliberate mistake: Concerning the literal "bag drop" off the subway car: The ransom money bag falls from the train directly into the waiting hands of the bad guy, after it falls very arbitrarily from Denzel's hands, after the train is brought very arbitrarily to a screeching halt by another bad guy very arbitrarily hitting the emergency stop. This was sheer fantasy that could never happen in real life even if the thousand unknowns were known. Bigger than a simple plot hole - this was a deliberate mistake.

Deliberate mistake: John is shown repeatedly studying Lucinda's numbers and even copies them to a whiteboard, and yet when Diana notices the backwards EE at the end, he's surprised and obviously acts as though he hadn't noticed them before, straining credulity, since he had just as obviously obsessed over the numbers and couldn't have missed the letters beforehand. Deliberate mistake: Gray's rental car just happens to be the one car out of the hundreds in the parking garage that the bad guy chasing Gray and Darby crashes into, setting off the bomb he had placed.
