Bug: If in 2 player mode, you throw a grenade then the two players kiss, the grenade's explosion never happens.

Bug: When using a 2 player icon, often when both players get in the vehicle, one of them does not automatically switch to a fireable weapon in the vehicle. Sometimes both players. The game's programing switches your weapon to the submachine guns for drivebys, but sometimes won't. And you can't change weapons once in the vehicle, so you can be stuck holding a useless gun or melee weapon and have to get out, then back in to use the right one, making it very inconvenient during a police chase. Sometimes player two can still use the incorrect weapon, like shooting out with the M4. This can also happen in 1 player, but is very very rare.

Bug: If you turn on the cheat Tiny Bond and go to the Cradle level, go to the part where you "finish the job." Crouch and slowly walk off the side. This tricks the game into thinking you fell off so you will be unable to move or see your ammo, so you're just stuck in the air. Only way to fix is to reset the game or wait for Trevelyan's men to kill you.

Bug: Turn on the cheat for infinite ammo, and all weapons. Then go to any level that has a safe in it. Go to the safe and get the item out of the safe, then throw a mine into the safe where the item was. The game will instantly freeze.

Bug: Every now and then, if you crash your bike into a car, they will murge together and stick. Sparks fly and after a few seconds of vibrating, both explode.

Bug: There is a slanted bridge in Los Flores. The guard rail like barriors are not solid and a bike can be driven right through them.

Bug: Multiplayer - Idol Assault: If on the balcony of the second floor of the headless statue room, there are columns holding it up. A player can jump off the balcony and stick to the columns half way down, as if standing on an invisible floor wrapped thinly around the columns.

Bug: On one of the Naboo surface levels, Panaka is standing beside a door way leading to a small encampment of droids and tanks. Usually, just a few friendly fire shots will kill Panaka and you fail the mission. But some times, inexplicably, he becomes totally invincible in that same spot. You can shoot, blow up, and ram into him all you want, but the little guy is unhurt.

Bug: In the final level of the game, not including the secret levels, where Bravo Squadron is assaulting the Droid Control ship, the game will often freeze for unknown reasons at random times during this level. This makes it a bit difficult to finish the game.

Bug: The main menu of the game is shown to be inside the bridge of a battle ship at Pearl Harbor. Crew are busy walking around inside, and you can see other ships outside, and fighter planes flying about. Sometimes though, on start up, a fighter will spawn inside the bridge and just be sitting still in the middle of it. Except it rocks, turns, and sways as if it is still flying around outside.

Bug: Luigi's Mansion: Use Bowser and get his Final Smash to turn into Giga Bowser. If the house has been destroyed, stand him on the right side of the stage just on top of where the house's column will be. If the house erects itself again while Giga Bowser is in that spot, the player loses all function of button movements. You can't get Bowser to move, or attack, or anything, until the Final Smash wears off.

Bug: In one or more of the water races for the Chao, there are some large red crabs moving back and forth on the side lines. When they move to the left or right, their claws raise up, and then they lower the claws. But as soon as the claws lower, they instantly vanish and reappear above them again and lowering once more.

Bug: There is a pillar with a ledge over looking the pool in the Hero Garden. On this pillar, there are 6 columns supporting a roof. Sonic characters can walk right through or stand in the same space of the columns, as if they are not even there. Yet the roof is supported by them.

Bug: Play the Aztec level with mines turned on. Once you upload the launch code for the shuttle and are waiting for the timer to hit zero, throw some time mines at the shuttle. Once the time runs out for the ship to launch, the game will freeze and be left on a blank screen.

Bug: During a multiplayer match in Archives, if you go to one of the breakable glass windows in the cubicle like rooms, place a mine on one side of the glass. The go to the other side of the glass and place a mine on the back side of the other mine. Then shoot out the glass so that the mines are floating in the air. If you place another mine on the floating mines, the game will instantly freeze and crash.

Super Smash Bros. Melee

Bug: Use Kirby and eat Yoshi so you copy his eating ability. Then eat Yoshi to turn him into an egg. The person playing as Yoshi must quickly mash buttons and the control stick to break out. When Yoshi is free, he will be smaller. This can be done over and over again, making Yoshi smaller and smaller. He can even get as small as a single pixel.

Bug: While using the Superscope, shoot 15 small shots. Then charge it up twice and shoot. If during charging the third time, the player gets hit, a glitch occurs giving the Superscope infinite ammo.

Bug: Mr. Game & Watch has his Oil Panic move where he can catch 3 projectiles and throw oil back as an attack. But if he catches 3 of Ness' PK Flash attacks, a glitch occurs where if Game & Watch moves at all, he will explode violently and be sent flying off the screen for an instant KO.

Bug: In earlier versions of the game, you can look at Daisy's trophy from the back, under her hair so that the camera clips through it, and see a third eye. This was fixed in later versions. (01:03:00)
