Corrected entry: In the scene where Luigi discusses with Lightning what type of racing car Lightning is and gets upset that Lightning races in the Piston Cup and not Formula One he says "Luigi, follow me to the garage." when speaking to Guido.

Corrected entry: After Lightning is sentenced to fix the road by Doc Hudson, Mater takes a look at the road and is surprised by its condition. However, Mater's home is at the end of the road, and had to tow Lightning back and forth earlier. Surely he would've noticed the condition of the road before that.
Correction: Mater's character is displayed "on-screen" as being a little slow and not very observant. Another example of this would be when he spends 30 seconds telling Lightning McQueen how upset they are that he left to go to his big race, and then takes an additional 15 seconds of silence to realize that Lightning is right there in front of him. He simply wasn't paying attention until Doc mentioned it to him.

Correction: Wrong. He says "Luigi follows only the Ferrari" as he is refering in third-person that he only likes that type of car, further explaining that he follows only Formula One racing. The Italian accent muffles it slightly, but try the "subtitle" option for clarification.
