Continuity mistake: After Mueller leaves his horse, Tintin follows behind him to spy on him and stops hiding behind a rock. From one angle, he stops, pointing his gun forwards. The shot cuts and suddenly the gun is pointing upwards. (00:13:40)

Revealing mistake: When Tintin goes to spy on Mueller, he stops for a brief moment and then continues walking. When he begins to start walking again the strap on the gun he is holding clips through one of the rocks on the ground. (00:13:40)

Continuity mistake: After Mueller finds out Tintin is spying on him, Mueller strikes him with a very thick bat and also strikes Snowy with the same bat. A couple of shots later, as Mueller says "Foolish Amed", the bat is suddenly much thinner. (00:14:10)

Continuity mistake: When Haddock goes to switch the news on, he gets up from his seat whilst Tintin is standing at the fire getting warm. Tintin's legs are slightly bent. But in a shot of Snowy, his legs are suddenly straight. (00:01:50)

Other mistake: A monkey throws a bottle of whiskey from a tree which then lands on Haddock's head. When they show the bottle on Haddock's head, the bottle is shown stuck to his head, but there is nothing there actually making the bottle stick. (00:25:35)
