Continuity mistake: In the beginning of this episode, you see some religious cult members drive in to town, in a bus, and go in to a grocery store. While inside this store, an auto mechanic named Jesse starts bothering one of the cult members and pushes him in to a store display, knocking the display over. The very next shot you see the store display is upright.

Continuity mistake: Toward the end of this episode, Stewie is at home in the living room talking to Rupert about how depressed he is about being alone. All of a sudden he hears his family come back home, so he gets up from the couch and runs to the window leaving Rupert on the couch. As soon as Stewie moves his head away from the window take notice that Rupert is no longer on the couch.

Continuity mistake: Sarah is making Chuck a frozen yogurt using a banana and a knife. Take notice when Sarah cuts up the banana, the slices are disorganized while she is talking to Chuck. However, when Sarah decides to pick up the slices of banana, the pieces are now nicely organized.

Prophecy (1) - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode, Kahlan Amnell, and her sister, Dennee Amnell, are escaping the soldiers of Darken Rahl on horseback. There is one scene, as the ladies are riding, that you should take notice of how many times Denee and Kahlan change positions while riding away from the soldiers in several quick shots - sometimes Denee leads while other times she is behind; then, sometimes they are riding side by side. Also take notice that Denee gets struck by an arrow while she is leading Kahlan in the chase. Then you see Kahlan looking over her shoulder in terror because her sister has been shot.

Continuity mistake: As you are listening to the bank guard tell Doctor Octopus, "Put your arms up! All of them!", look at the money cart inside the vault. It goes from just a few items on it at first, to having a multitude of items on it, as well as around it, in later shots of the scene. (00:48:15 - 00:49:05)

Continuity mistake: As Dewey's parents are dancing to Dewey's song on the radio, take notice that Dewey's mother gets her foot wrapped up in the electrical cord of the radio and falls out the upstairs window. Upon her hitting the ground, you should be able to see that there is no cord wrapped around either foot, or a cord that leads back up to the window. However, the radio's electrical cord comes out of the wall socket anyway as if it was still attached to her foot, causing the radio to go on the same journey as she did. (00:30:00 - 00:30:35)

Continuity mistake: After Evan, Seth and Fogell run from the two cops, the boys come to a bus stop, with a bus just pulling up to it. Take notice that there are about two passengers on the bus. Upon entering the bus, not only has the number of riders increased, but you also see the bum that you should have seen in the back of the bus (Fogell encountered earlier) from the previous shot when the bus arrived. Continuity mistake: There is a scene where Evan, Seth and Fogell are discussing the list of liquor that Fogell is going to purchase while standing in front of the liquor store. Take notice of Fogell's left long sleeve shirt; it goes from being folded back enough to expose his wristwatch to being neatly folded down within several quick shots. (00:34:25 - 00:35:50)

Continuity mistake: When the building is on fire, you see a fireman (helmet has 57 on it) assisting in getting the residents out of the structure. Take notice that the fireman has an annoying strap hanging down from the top of his helmet. The strap disappears/reappears a few times during the scene. (01:22:05 - 01:22:45)

Continuity mistake: After Monco brings Sancho Perez back to Indio's hideout, one of Indio's henchmen shoots the tip end of Monco's cigar off. When Monco relights that cigar, the cigar is longer. Immediately after, Indio lights his cigarette with that cigar, and it gets shorter. (01:06:00 - 01:07:00)

Continuity mistake: Dimitri gets angry at Sonavitch and strikes him across the nose, cutting Sonavitch, and causes him to bleed. The blood only stays on his face, with none of the blood getting on that white lab coat he is wearing. Eventually Frank shows up and throws a knife, which he picks up from a table, into Sonavitch's left leg, as Sonavitch is trying to flee. All of a sudden there is blood on the white lab coat. (00:54:00)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Jenny Johnson escorts Matt Saunders back to her apartment intending to reveal her true identity as G-Girl, upon entering, Matt takes off his jacket and places the vast majority of the jacket over the arm of a chair. Jenny eventually guides him to be seated in that chair. The jacket is repositioned to being less over the arm and now it is in the center of the chair, but just before Matt sits down the jacket is repositioned again to be more to his right. Continuity mistake: In the scene where Danny and his uncle is riding down the road in a car, you see a Mack truck hit them. As the car is being pushed along, notice that the hood of the car is sticking straight up in the air and almost ready to fall off. After the truck stops pushing the car, you see some men drive up, get out of their car with machine guns and start to shoot at the damaged car. During the shooting take note of the condition of the hood - the damage is completely different from what you saw earlier. (00:26:40)

Continuity mistake: When Tom, Dan and Jerry go over the waterfall, the canoe breaks apart into three pieces upon hitting the bottom; the next scene, when they are on land, the canoe is in a multitude of pieces. (00:37:20)

Continuity mistake: When the Army knocks a hole into the front door of the Douglas home with the anti-aircraft gun barrel, notice that the position of the hole changes between shots. And when the soldiers pick the door off of Mrs. Douglas you do not see the hole. Also notice that the door is standing back up and intact, in the background, as the soldier explains to the Douglas family about the gun. (00:29:30)

Continuity mistake: During the scene when Wally gets hit by the soldier in the cafe, and Wally bumps into another soldier, causing him to go into a cake, take notice of how much cake is on him throughout the different camera shots. Also Pops (the owner) starts to wipe the cake off of the soldier's face. The amount of cake changes between shots. (00:09:20 - 00:10:15)

Continuity mistake: During the scene at the shoe store in the mall, Mrs. Stalls is trying on shoes while her daughter Sarah is looking at porcelain bric-a-brac on a shelf for sale. Please take notice that in the two different camera shots that the bric-a-brac are not the same. (00:45:05)

Continuity mistake: When Tuco is riding his horse, he encounters three bounty hunters - one fires a shot making the horse misstep, and fall, bringing Tuco down to the ground. One of the bounty hunters ask Tuco, "Hey amigo, you know that you have a face beautiful enough to be worth $2,000.00?" He has a big blade of grass between his lips as he backs away from Blondie (Eastwood), however, there was no blade of grass between his lips when Blondie and he were close to one another. As he backed away, he had a rifle in his right hand and a wanted poster in his left, and he knew that Blondie had a gun pointed at him through his overcoat, so he was not able to put a blade of grass between his lips at any point. Continuity mistake: Towards the beginning of the movie, Angel Eyes rides up to a house where he has to get information from a man inside and then kill him. After Angel Eyes kills him at the kitchen table, his son runs down some steps behind Angel Eyes in the background with a rifle in his hands. Angel Eyes pulls out his revolver, turns around quickly, and shoots him dead. Take note that the pistol is not pointing directly at the boy as he is firing it. (00:14:30)

Continuity mistake: Toward the end of the movie, Dr. Loomis comes up the stairs and starts to shoot Michael six times, sending him spiraling to the terrace. Take notice that Michael is about to go over the ledge of the terrace head first. In the next shot it shows him carefully backing off the ledge, while facing the house. (01:26:45)
