Corrected entry: The rescue mission in this movie references Toy Story 2 in several ways. One is crossing a street hidden under everyday items. Another one is going into a skyscraper to save a friend. Another is traveling through an air vent.

Brother Bear (2003)
Corrected entry: When Kenai is at the salmon run, and is about to go after the big fish, (the part where the salmon and bears charge toward each other) Kenai stands in shallow water and the other bears run through it as well. However, a split second later, he and the other bears dive under, and the water is very deep with no shallows in sight.
Correction: Not quite true. Kenai stands on a rock in the water when he appears to be in a shallow end. When he dives under you can see that he dives from the rock into a deeper part. The rock can be seen in the corner of the screen while he is underwater.

Teen Titans (2003)
Corrected entry: Throughout the whole show, sometimes Raven's door has her name on it and sometimes it doesn't.
Correction: Her door gets destroyed on several occasions, she probably doesn't have time to label the new ones right away.

Teen Titans (2003)
Corrected entry: When Control Freak and Beastboy are fighting in the cooking show, watch very carefully as Beastboy flies across the screen as a bear and quickly changes back. He is a normally colored bear rather than the green coloring of all of his animal forms.
Correction: Whenever Beast-Boy changes into a furry animal, his fur is always black (or a very dark green) but the skin is always the same green. in the case of the bear, the nose was the green and the body was the super-dark green/black.

Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events (2004)
Corrected entry: When Uncle Monty dies, there's a headstone in a graveyard with his name on it, suggesting he has been buried. But, in the next scene, the witnesses are examining the body, meaning that he hasn't.
Correction: It is made clear that Lemony Snicket is telling the story LONG after it happened. That was Lemony Snicket, or it seems to be, walking by the tombstone and showing us it. This means he visited it LONG after Monty was buried.

Brother Bear (2003)
Corrected entry: When Kenai is dangling from a tree by the rope, Koda talks about how he used to climb trees. Grizzly bears don't climb trees, only black bears do.
Correction: All grizzly cubs (up to 1 year) can climb trees, and many adult grizzlies can too. http://www.nhptv.org/natureworks/grizzly.htm.

Correction: I don't think this is trivia, as it is too obvious.
