Plot hole: If Zack is the NOC as Layla says, why is she reporting to him (passing him notes at Union Station) rather than someone in her chain of command? The NOC is supposed to be "out there alone" according to Burke, not mixed up in the command structure.

Continuity mistake: When Clayton is hiding behind the SUV a shot from behind shows him peeking his head out to look at Layla. It cuts to a shot from the front where most of his torso is out from behind the SUV. Then another cut to behind shows only his head out again. (01:21:05)

Continuity mistake: When the friar is about to stake Van Helsing at the end, it shows him taking an overhand swing with the stake up ready to plunge. Then it cuts and the friar is grasping the stake, which is down by his waist. Then it cuts to the first shot again. (01:52:35)

Continuity mistake: Right after Jenny throws Edward's shoes on the line, the three other characters put their hands out to pull him back into town. The woman puts her hand on his back in one shot, then it's on his shoulder in the next, then back to his back in the next. (00:33:35)

Continuity mistake: When Julia is beating up Max in the police station, the TV behind the glass shows a wide angle shot of the room. When the cop rushes in to stop her the TV shows a close-up shot from a different angle. (01:28:40)

Deliberate mistake: Instead of being a specific language, Edward has an English to Asian dictionary. I've heard this was done to prevent a particular time period from being established. (01:12:55)

Continuity mistake: When Edward meets Karl after leaving Specter he walks out of the forest to the road on leaves. Even the shot looking down from Karl's point of view shows leaves all the way to the road. When the camera cuts to show down the road as they walk, only grass can be seen from the road to the edge of the screen. (00:40:50)

Continuity mistake: When the art dealer enters the office, Menchu quickly takes the x-ray of the painting down and puts it in the envelope. She then starts walking toward Julia who has the envelope under her arm. This was done without giving it to her. (00:05:35)
