Revealing mistake: When Neil starts to sneeze, he carefully puts his hands close to his nose to give the impression that the green jet is coming from his nose. However, in one shot, just before the guys bag him we see the jet appearing from his hand while his hand is several centimetres from his nose.

Boring - S1-E3

Visible crew/equipment: When the seriously injured chip is voicing her last words to the carrot, the wire moving her is painfully obvious coming in from the bottom right of the screen. Immediately after that we zoom in on the carrot and can easily see the wire moving it too.

Visible crew/equipment: When Neil opens the cupboard and all the dishes fall out, you can see whatever was used to push the dishes out as it is pulled back. (00:06:30)
