Corrected entry: They are in Italy, and Bella just saved Edward. Demetri, Jane, and Felix are escorting Bella, Edward, and Alice to Aro. While Edward is putting on the red robe Felix handed him, they all pass through a small tunnel/hallway where Edward sparkles, because of the sunlight shining in through a window. Notice that when the sunlight briefly shines onto Alice, she doesn't sparkle. All vampires are supposed to sparkle in the sunlight.

The lady is actually another extra from another episode, the one where Chandler quits. It's the same lady who goes and tells Chandler about their boss wanting to talk to him.
