Sliders (1995)

Pilot (1) - S1-E1

Revealing mistake: The doorway inside Quinn's house on ice-world is lined with snow-covered icicles. Watch as Arturo walks through this doorway; he bumps into the icicles and you can see that it is just a bunch of cotton.

Rocky Balboa (2006)

Revealing mistake: At the beginning of the HBO broadcast, some brief clips of Mason "The Line" Dixon in action are shown. Look closely at one clip where he's wearing white trunks, and you'll see "TARVER" written across the front in big black letters, revealing, of course, that it's a real-life clip of boxer/actor Antonio Tarver.

Never Been Kissed (1999)

Revealing mistake: After Josie eats the chocolate cake, she starts dancing wildly on stage and does the splits. You can tell it's a stunt double that does the splits because the blond hair is nowhere near as curly.

Man on the Moon (1999)

Revealing mistake: When young Andy Kauffman is performing the "Animal Song" for his sister, he mouths the words "Meow meow" along with her. Although one could argue that he was expecting her to say that, how would he know she was going to say the word "meow" twice?

Revealing mistake: There is one shot of the Duke boys in their car talking to Uncle Jessie with the CB radio. You can hear Uncle Jessie respond (through the radio) while Bo/Luke still has the button on the microphone pressed. When the button on the mic is pressed, no sound comes out of a CB radio at all, as they cannot transmit and receive at the same time.

Happy Gilmore (1996)

Revealing mistake: When Happy tees off at the AT&T Invitational, he swings his club about a foot above the ball, yet apparently he hits it successfully.

The Flintstones (1994)

Revealing mistake: Near the end, when Fred uses the rock to bowl over the bad guy, you can all-too-easily see his fingers make big indentations into the surface when he picks it up. Either Fred has the strongest hands in the world, or the rock is made out of something similar to paper mache.
