Plot hole: They discover a "not so well hidden" microphone in the car that tells them the "man" is listening to them, but it is ignored throughout the rest of the movie, especially when setting up a video loop to cover their extracurricular activities. (00:30:00)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Selena Gomez and Ethan Hawke were driving through the train station being chased by the last of the thugs on a bike, she says 'look out', and shortly after that, the side mirror on the passenger side of the car was knocked of when the car scrapped against the side walk and was shown in several shots following that to have been detached from the car. But subsequently after the chase was over, the side mirror magically reappears, attached to the car.
Continuity mistake: The entire passenger side of the Shelby is scratched and scraped, but when they are going through the tunnel near the end, both sides of the Shelby are perfectly fine.
Trivia: When a motorcyclist trips over a rock during a chase scene, he yells a Wilhelm scream.
Brent Magna: I should have been a banker.
The Kid: Hey, watch where you're going, asshole.
The Kid: You don't even know my name. Do you?
