Continuity mistake: In the first close-up shot when the Prince's aide is complaining about the salmon-pink clothes the Queen has given him to wear, his collar is buttoned closed. In the next close-up shot it is open with silver hook and eyes visible. In the third close-up shot it is buttoned closed again.

Mirror Mirror (2012)
Directed by: Tarsem Singh
Starring: Julia Roberts, Nathan Lane, Armie Hammer, Lily Collins
Trivia: During one take of the fight sequence between the Evil Queen and Snow White, Julia Roberts accidentally pulled out some of Lily Collins' hair.
The Queen: They're not wrinkles. They're just crinkles.
The Queen: Ten years passed, and Snow White grew older and blossomed. But the kingdom fell into an icy despair, and the queen realised that if she wanted to remain the most beautiful woman in all the land... Well... Snow would have to do what snow does best. Snow would have to fall.
Question: Why were the dwarves names changed for this movie? I was trying to find a correlation of each dwarf to the original dwarves, but couldn't. It seems like it was changed for no reason.
Question: Why does the Prince stick around the Queen if he doesn't like her? And why does he come to her Kingdom in the first place?
Answer: He's travelling to start trade agreements with the neighbouring kingdoms. He doesn't hate her; in fact, he doesn't know that she's evil. Even after Snow White informs him, he gives her the benefit of the doubt. Snow says she's evil, but he hasn't seen her do anything wrong.

Answer: There are no "original" names for the dwarves, they are unnamed in the fairy tale. If you are referring to the names they had in the Disney movie, well, those were inventions by the Disney people. It might not even be legal to use them.
