Continuity mistake: In the second episode Sabrina says the grocery store got bought and it was called "Howdy's" now or something like that (the uniform used to be red and then it was blue with those neck ties). In the episode where Burt, Jimmy and Virginia get kicked out, they visit the grocery store to steal food and they're wearing the blue uniform (as Howdy's grocery store) but it was way before Jimmy had Hope, and Hope was with him when the outfits were red.

Continuity mistake: In "Family Secrets" (episode 6) we learn Jimmy was lied to about being allergic to fruit (so he would not eat it all). So since he was a child he never ate fruit because he was told he was allergic to it. But in the season 1 finale there is a 5 year flash back where Jimmy is spending nights in the store dressed as "Drakkar Noir" he is eating apples and bananas - 5 years ago he still thought he was allergic to fruit.
