Trivia: Stephenie Meyer, author of the Twilight series, got the idea for Twilight from a dream she had back in 2003. She dreamt of a girl and a boy sitting in a meadow, talking about their impossible love for each other. The girl was just a normal, human girl. The guy was outrageously beautiful, sparkly, and obviously a vampire. It is because of this single dream that A) The Twilight series came to be and B) Meyer's vampires sparkle in the sunlight.
Question: I wanted to ask that, when James had bitten Bella, then the venom/poison was left in Bella's arm and Edward had to suck it out later, but why didn't Edward leave the venom in Bella's arm? They both (James and Edward) sucked Bella's blood and James left venom, but Edward did not. How is that possible?
