Visible crew/equipment: When the PE coach arrives home, and walks inside, as she bends down to put her bag on the floor, you can see some equipment moving in the glass frame of the photo above her, on the shelf. (00:18:35)

Audio problem: When Russ Thorn is walking towards Linda in the high school hall, you can hear Linda's scream before she visibly screams. (00:12:45)

Continuity mistake: When Coach Jana is cut across the chest by Russ, blood gets on her tee-shirt that says "Speedo", between the two E's. In the next shot, as she falls to the floor, that blood has vanished. (01:07:45)

Trivia: The notice board when the killer is drilling the door through to get to Linda, has a deliberate joke pinned up on it. A sign reads "Join the Drill Team." This is a reference to the killer.

Trivia: Rita May Brown's book "Rubyfruit Jungle" is visible when Kim is throwing items at Russ in Trish's bedroom. Rita May Brown wrote this film. (01:00:00)
