Continuity mistake: When Mr. Eddie goes back to his Mercedes after beating up the "tailgate guy", the left side of the bumper on the Mercedes is damaged. When they drive back into the garage, we see the left side of the bumper is fine.

Revealing mistake: When Mr. Eddy is shot in the head and killed, there is an extremely quick shot that you can catch of what is a puppet's head exploding from the shot, before it cuts to Mr. Eddy falling back dead.
Trivia: The budget for this movie was so small that some of the scenes were actually filmed in director David Lynch's own house.
Mr. Eddy: You and me, mister... We can really out-ugly them sum'bitches... Can't we?
