Factual error: The geography throughout the film is all wrong. The setting is in Pennsylvania, near Pittsburgh. The driving times between there and Williamsport are extremely under-estimated. Most egregious is the river structure. The body is found in the river near Sunbury. Not possible from a site in Western PA. Basically all relationships between actual towns/cities mentioned are totally wrong.

Audio problem: Isabelle, in the bathroom, turns the bath on, then proceeds to have a heart attack. Slowly people come in and help her take her pills. No-one goes near the bath, and yet the sound of the running water is no longer there.
Nicole: Come on, she's not a murderer. She's an ex-nun, for Christ's sake.
Voguel: I remember them. They disappeared overnight like dial phones.
Mia: Am I alive?
Nicole: No, you are dead, this is Heaven and I am Virgin Mary.
Guy Baran: Frankly, I didn't have to get married to have lousy sex.
Mia: No, I did.
