The Adventures of Huck Finn (1993)

Continuity mistake: Just after Huck (Elijah Wood) hides in the piano, Mary Jane comes in to visit her dead brother in his coffin before they bury him. She sets down her candle and in the next shot a chair suddenly appears beside her to sit down.

Continuity mistake: Huck and Jim take a swim on Jackson Island fully dressed. When walk on their clothes are already bone-dry. (00:21:15)

Continuity mistake: Right at the beginning of the movie Huck is fighting with another boy. The sequence of the fight is not OK as a ship in the background moves around rather erratically. (00:03:00)

Trivia: The racist epithet "ni***r," used so prevalently in the book, was understandably left completely out of this family-friendly movie.

Jim: You're the only friend I ever had.

The King: We've even invented something to remove tartar off your teeth... unfortunately, the enamel goes right along with it.

Huck Finn: I'm sorry Jim... I didn't want this to happen.
Jim: You're still my best and only friend.

Question: In the last shot of the film, Huck runs off into the sunset. Where could he be running off to? Did he run to get on the steamer boat or did he just run anywhere he could be going to?
