Factual error: The opening scene of the Skyview collapse takes place on May 16, 1968, according to a newspaper clipping about the tower being closed for repairs as a result of Iris' premonition. During the vision, when the first bodies fall from the sky, the parking valets are listening to "Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head" on the radio. However, that song was written for the movie "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid" and wouldn't be released until October 1969.

Final Destination: Bloodlines (2025)
Directed by: Adam B. Stein, Zach Lipovsky
Starring: Anna Lore, Richard Harmon, Teo Briones, Kaitlyn Santa Juana, Owen Patrick Joyner
Genres: Horror
Plot hole: How did Iris know that the coin would cause the accident?
Suggested correction: Because she saw the coin in her pre-vision.
Factual error: Surgical steel, which is used for making all kinds of piercings, is non-magnetic; therefore, the scene where the overcharged MRI instrument is tearing out Erik's piercings from a distance is absolutely fictional.
Old Iris: Death is a relentless son of a bitch. Won't stop until he finishes the job.
Stefani Reyes: Julia! I got you! Don't worry, you're not next!
Stefani Reyes: Oh, this dream is ruining my life.
Val: Mine too. Every night.
Question: In this movie, it's revealed that all of the people that Death killed in the previous movies were actually descendants of the survivors of the Sky View who weren't supposed to exist. If Death doesn't like being cheated, then why doesn't he just go after the people who survived the Sky View immediately?
