Other mistake: On page eleven, the book says that Charmander reunited with Ash from time to time, but this did not happen as no reunions occurred during this time according to the Pokémon television series.
Other mistake: On page nineteen, the book says that "[s]tarting Trainers also receives Poké Balls." Since the subject is plural, it should say that "s]tarting Trainers also receive Poké Balls."
Other mistake: On page 178, Striaton Gym is misspelt as "Straiton Gym."
