Bug: Sometimes, after the glitch happens where no chute comes out of your parachute, when CJ hits the ground, he dies, obviously. But then when the screen fades to black and comes back, CJ is dead yet again outside of the hospital with the Wasted screen happening and fading again to respawn. Meaning sometimes the glitch causes this glitch, that kills you twice. This is an especial pain in the ass if you don't have the girlfriend benefit to prevent weapons and money taken after a hospital visit, and if you have low money, getting charged twice.
Other mistake: CJ can order his gang members to attack a cop, and the cop won't do anything, except sometimes run away. They can shoot at, hit, and knife the cops, with any retaliation being rare. But all CJ has to do during the attack is point a gun in the cop's direction and suddenly the cop is all about trying to bust or waste CJ.
Bug: When using a 2 player icon, often when both players get in the vehicle, one of them does not automatically switch to a fireable weapon in the vehicle. Sometimes both players. The game's programing switches your weapon to the submachine guns for drivebys, but sometimes won't. And you can't change weapons once in the vehicle, so you can be stuck holding a useless gun or melee weapon and have to get out, then back in to use the right one, making it very inconvenient during a police chase. Sometimes player two can still use the incorrect weapon, like shooting out with the M4. This can also happen in 1 player, but is very very rare.
Bug: This glitch can happen in other areas, but it is most common at the game's airports. Due to the area proximity vehicle spawning, where vehicles off an area are programmed to spawn if you are in or near that area, vehicles that don't belong can spawn in wrong spots. Like if you drive or walk past an air port, forklifts and luggage cars can spawn on the highway near by, as well as regular vehicles randomly driving around in the airport. It is funny when the speed glitch combines with this and you see a fork lift blasting down the Las Venturas highway at 90 MPH.
Other mistake: If you pick up a hooker in a convertible and park, CJ and the hooker do their typical thing and the camera angle forces a low angle so you can't see in the windows as the car begins rocking and the two make sexual moans. But if you do this in a convertible, you can still see CJ and the hooker just sitting still in the front seats facing forward, not moving at all except for their mouths moving when they talk. The same can be seen if you manage the difficult task of getting a hooker in a car with the doors broken off.
Other mistake: On a motorbike you can fire a weapon with your right hand and still accelerate, even though the throttle is on the right hand of the bars.
Bug: Go into 2 player mode, and let player 2 pull out the Katana. If player 2 turns on CJ and kills him with that sword in such a way that his head is cut off, he will respawn in 1 player mode with no head. Just a neck stub with blood constantly spurting out. You can walk around and continue on as headless CJ until the game is reset. All of CJ's spoken lines are cut off after just a couple sounds as well once this happens.
Bug: (PS2 version only) In Los Santos, there are 2 houses on the north side of town built on hills. Go investigating and one of the houses (I'm not sure which one) in the backyard area has a pool with the back area walls made entirely of windows. Go to where the windows meet at the corner and you will glitch (go through) the windows and fall through nothingness for about 5-10 seconds before safely landing on a street corner 5 blocks away. This can also be done with a bicycle or motorcycle provided you get it to the window. This glitch has been fixed on the Xbox (GTA: Trilogy) version and cannot be done on that copy.
Other mistake: If you go in a Cluckin' Bell fast food restaurant, look at the glass dispenser - the glasses say Burger Shot, the other fast food chain in the game.
Bug: Don't know what causes this glitch. But on very rare occasions if you go into a Trans Fender body shop with gang members in your car, sometimes one will be standing outside your car in the body shop and just talk while you customize the vehicle. Once you leave Trans Fender, he just vanishes, not in your car either. He's just gone.
Revealing mistake: Whatever plane you use, the shadow is always of the bi-plane/duster even with the big jets, on the PS2 or PC version on low settings.
