In the scene where Josh finds René on the floor and takes and places her on the couch her head is facing upwards, but in the next shot her head is tilted and facing the camera when Josh smells her, without her head moving.
Very briefly in the film, you can see a computer wallpaper image with the characters Specs, Tucker and an unknown third man. This third man is actually director James Wan in a small "blink-and-you'll-miss-it" cameo.
