Continuity mistake: In the scene where Grace arrives home and places her handbag on the counter in an anteroom the bag disappears in the next shot.

Continuity mistake: When Meredith gets hit by a bookshelf in the beginning of the movie she turns to the left, but in the next edit she's falling to the right (I think it's that order, it might be the other way around).

Continuity mistake: When Trent goes to Meredith's house for dinner, just as he arrives, he gives her a bouquet of flowers, then Meredith's dog, Barley jumps up at Trent. Meredith is trying to stop the dog from jumping up. We see that she is holding her flowers in one hand, then they switch to the other. One second, they are under her arm, then I think, in her hand.

Continuity mistake: In the scenes where Dennis Quaid's character is in the bar with Natasha Kinski's character the amount of olives keep changing from scene to scene.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Sean Connery's character mimics a panting dog and exits through a rear hallway he drops character before he is completely out of sight.
