Corrected entry: In the scene where the CIA agent shoots the DEA boss (Denzel's boss) in his house he shoots him once in the chest and he falls to the ground. After they finish talking with Denzel the CIA boss shoots the DEA guy three more times in the chest with Denzel's gun (making four shots total), but when they show his body he only has three bullet wounds. All shots were to the chest as the gun angles show.

Continuity mistake: In the scene when Papi is in the back of the white Fodge driven by Stig, the Ford Bronco driven by Bobby crashes into Stig's white Dodge twice - both headlights are smashed out. Once the Bronco goes into the ditch and comes back out, the passenger side headlight isn't broken.
Stig: Just because you put your finger in your belly button and brown shit comes out don't mean it's your asshole.
Correction: The final shot hit the side and wouldn't be visible when they show his body.
