Corrected entry: Dwayne Johnson would have had to hire a customs broker, as would the addressee in Mexico for a truck load. The truck would have been stopped for customs. Drug smugglers would have to know about this. There is no mention of customs in the movie at all.

Continuity mistake: Early in the movie the Rock changes trucks. Leaving the truck that the Feds have wired behind. But as it shows him driving off you can see at the bottom of the truck that there are two patched holes. Those are the bullet holes he patched on the wired truck. The truck he switches to should not have those patched holes.
