Question: It is stated that Maximus from "Tangled" briefly appears somewhere in the movie. Can someone please point out which scene he can be found in? I also know where the dinosaur from "Meet the Robinsons" appears. If there are any other characters from some of the previous Disney animated films who make brief appearances, can someone please identify where to find them? (01:41:00)
Answer: When Ralph and the other bad guys enter Game central station. The camera pans out, to the lower left corner there is Maximus and in the upper left corner you can see the dinosaur. If you still can't see it, there is an intermission mode on the DVD that will allow Chris Hardwicke to explain this and other interesting things about the movie.
Question: On Disney Wiki, there is a suggestion that Felix had fixed Calhoun's broken heart. Did he do that by kissing her cheek, or how else did he do it?
Answer: He fixed her heart by showing her love again, but this time with a happy ending. Her back story was made so that her previous lover was eaten and killed on their wedding day. Felix is supposedly able to fix anything - not necessarily just with his special hammer. He fixed her heart with himself. He gave her a new back story.
Question: At the end of the film, King Candy as a bug is seen being hypnotised by the "beacon" and he flies into the light... Does he die? You'd think that he would since he's not originally from Sugar Rush, but he recoded the game so that he existed as his alter ego, King Candy. Would he respawn or is it as Sonic says at the start, game over for Turbo?
Answer: He does die, because that's how the Cy-Bugs end their games - they all die. Turbo is a Cy-bug after being eaten. And it's not his game, so he would not respawn.
Question: If Candy King returns Ralph's medal, then he would have effectively "refunded" Vanellope's entry into the semi-finals, meaning that Ralph would not have needed to wreck Vanellope's cart. If so, what is Ralph's motive for destroying the car?
Chosen answer: He wrecked her car because the Candy King wanted Ralph to stop helping her, and tries to convince Ralph that that if the 'glitch' Vanellope races everyone will think the game is malfunctioning. Therefore, the game console is removed, the candy citizens are gameless, and since Venellope can't leave she will be lost forever. Even though all this was a lie by the Candy King, Ralph cared too much about her to take that chance. In addition, if everyone knew how Candy King got the medal back, they would have known about his true motives!
Question: When Ralph is trying to help Vanellope learn how to drive, he claims he knows how to drive since he flew the plane. Vanellope reminds him that he crashed the plane. How does she know that happened? Did she actually see Ralph crash the plane before she first appears? (01:48:00)
Answer: When Ralph enters Sugar Rush, the plane is seen crashing into several candy trees and Vanellope herself is sitting on a candy tree at the time. Also when Ralph is ejected out of the plane, he sees the medal only a few trees away. Vanellope is on the same tree as the medal so she would have seen Ralph ejected out of the plane, which means she knew Ralph crashed the plane.
Question: If characters of respective games are revived when they die, why were Taffyta and every "meanie" worried about being executed by Schweetz? Or how was she going to execute them?
Answer: We learn at the beginning if a character dies outside their respective game, they don't revive. So they would be executed outside the game. King Candy didn't revive because (SPOILER ALERT) he was really Turbo, and thus outside his own game.
Question: Is the clown at the anniversary party part of Fix-It Felix Jr. the video game or another video game? Or is he just a member of Fix-It Felix Jr. who is never seen by the players but works in the apartment? (01:48:00)
Answer: On Disney Wiki, it shows all the cameos of video game characters but doesn't show the clown. So we can cross out the other video games. The clown is never seen on the roof when Ralph is thrown off it. So we are not sure if he is part of Fix-It Felix, Jr. Since we are not told, it's most likely he works at the apartment but just doesn't go on the roof when Ralph is thrown off it.
Question: Why wasn't Calhoun's previous husband not turned into a cy-bug after he got eaten? I thought the cy-bugs turned into anything they eat, or at least something like it?
Answer: While the Cy-Bug may have turned into Calhoun's fiance, it would not matter as she fired upon it, and killed it. Another issue is, he never existed. It was just a back story. The character never lasts beyond that.
Answer: We never see the cyborg after her fiance was eaten. Just a shot of her firing away.
Question: Could someone please identify all of the villains seen in the conference room at the beginning and what video games they are from? (01:41:00)
Answer: Not all the characters are from video games, but are based on characters from video games. here's a link with all the known attendees. http://wreckitralph.wikia.com/wiki/Bad-Anon?file=Wreckitralphgroup.png.
Question: How come Vanellope isn't eliminated from the race once King Candy took her medal out? Once she crossed the finish line after Ralph broke her free she was re-entered but how is that when she technically now has no "pay-to-play"?
Answer: When she substituted the Hero Metal for a coin, it tricked the game into registering her during an in game experience. King Candy was inside the game's code when he removed the metal, which was not an in game experience. Essentially, he change the game's ROM, not the RAM, thus it would not have affected her registration until it was reset anyways.
Question: At the end, what made Gene and the Nicelanders trust Ralph better and decide to treat him more nicely? (01:41:00)
Answer: By getting locked up and treated like a criminal Felix finally understood what it was like being Ralph and treated like a bad guy for no reason. When he and Ralph came back, Felix probably told the others what had happened and told them to be nicer to Ralph. Felix never seemed to dislike Ralph personally, rather worried that Ralph would wreck something by mistake. When he realised his behaviour was making Ralph sad, he stopped doing it.
Answer: The Nicelanders realised how important Ralph was to the game when he wasn't there to do his part. This is evidenced by their reaction to seeing their game put in "Out of Order" status, i.e, "Without Ralph, we're doomed!"
Question: If Vanellope is supposed be on the same candy cane tree Ralph's medal fell on then how come she can't be seen on that tree when we get a close-up shot of Ralph looking up at it as he tries to retrieve his medal? (01:41:00)
Answer: She could have been glitching or glitched her way up there while we weren't looking.
Question: King Kandy, actually being Turbo, is not native to Sugar Rush. But instead of dying when eaten by a cy-bug, he merges into that cy-bug and becomes it. How is it possible that King Kandy is not killed when eaten by a cy-bug? Would have happened to Ralph or anyone else if they got eaten by a cy-bug?
Answer: Calhoun mentions that the Cybugs become what they eat, hence one developing guns after eating a gun, and others developing candy features after eating the candy of sugar rush. The cybug that ate King Kandy became King Kandy, so it's easy to assume, yes, the same thing would happen to Ralph or anyone else.
Question: Sour Bill imprisons Felix in the dungeon to make up for not doing so with Ralph. Why did he want to lock Ralph in there in the first place?
Answer: There are numerous reasons. Mainly, because Sour Bill works for King Candy and King Candy didn't want Ralph to "go Turbo" and take over Sugar Rush, especially after he had already gone through the trouble of reprogramming the game. (Being Turbo himself, King Candy was playing along, embodying his Sugar Rush character for appearances-sake) Secondly, Ralph had just trashed the audience stands. Later, he busted into the bakery and helped Vanellope make a cart.
Question: It is stated that once Vanellope crosses the finish line, she is no longer a glitch, but she still glitches even then since she retained that power. Also, she couldn't leave her game due to her glitching power. However, she is seen at Felix and Calhoun's wedding which means she is out of her game then. Was that possible then? If so, then how?
Answer: What Sour Bob says is that once Vanellope crosses the finish line the game will reset and King Kandy's damage to the game's code will be undone. After that happens Vanellope can still glitch because she learned to control it before crossing the finish line; it's no longer an involuntary side-effect of damaged code, it's something she just knows how to do. Likewise, her newly repaired code allows her to leave the game when she wishes.
Question: Can someone please identify the names of these villains: the purple rhino and the female creature with the dark hair and red dress? (01:41:00)
Answer: The purple Rhino is the final form of Neff from Altered Beast. The woman is believed to be Mishaela from Shining Force.
Answer: It wasn't that he was screaming out of fear of Ralph exactly, but more surprise to see Ralph of all people, as well as sudden fear of Ralph wrecking the party.
