Continuity mistake: In the scene when Danny and Hunter try to escape, Hunter grabs his wrist watch back from an enemy and drops it in his left pocket. He has no watch on his either of his wrists, yet in the next shot, his watch suddenly appears on his left wrist. (00:14:55)
Factual error: In the opening scene in Mexico, there is a Pontiac Fiero in the background. Fieros weren't built until 1984, and the movie takes place in 1980.
Continuity mistake: In the get-away car you see the driver. The two passengers get in the back seat and their heads are visible. As the car drives away, the passengers appear and disappear several times, yet from the view inside the car they are always at the same height as the rear window.
Continuity mistake: When Danny escapes with the chair through the window it is seen from inside, that he jumps sideways, with the chair as protection against the window glass. From the outside Danny appears with his head first.
