The Ramen Girl
Movie Quote Quiz

Abby: I don't know anything about love. Every time I feel it, it's gone, it disappears and all I have left is pain and sadness.

Maezumi: A bowl of ramen is a self-contained universe with life from the sea, the mountains, and the earth. All existing in perfect harmony. Harmony is essential. What holds it all together is the broth. The broth gives life to the ramen.

Abby: Somewhere along the way I just forgot what I wanted to do with my life.

Maezumi: I Know the problem. Your Forehead is too small. A small Forehead means a small brain. Like a monkey. You should be swinging from a tree screaming "kya kya kya."
Maezumi: If you just look at the ramen you'll feel it.
Maezumi: Stop thinking about words! Use your heart.

Continuity mistake: When Abby is finished washing the dishes, she tosses the towel she was using and it lands on top of a red can. An immediate close-up of the towel on top of the can proves this (0:25:29). A second later, the picture zooms out again to show her bending over from exhaustion (0:25:30). The towel is no longer on the can, but behind it against the wall. Abby follows the shop owner into a room adjacent to the kitchen and when they come back, the towel is once again on top of the can (0:25:55), but most of it is inside the can this time. It's obvious that neither her nor the shop owner has touched the towel and no one else is in the shop. (00:25:25)
