Sean creates major embarrassment for Facebook and Mark when a party of his is busted by the cops for drug use and for having girls (Facebook interns) there who are under 21 years old. Sean continues to own 7% of the company but has a reduced role from then on. Mark's attorney urges him to settle the lawsuit by paying the plaintiffs, which he does. Eduardo receives an "unknown settlement" and has his name listed on Facebook as the co-founder. The three entrepreneurs receive millions and sign a non-disclosure agreement, effectively shutting them up and making them go away. This is, of course, "pocket change" to Mark, who goes on to become the world's youngest billionaire. The movie ends with Mark, looking isolated and perhaps regretful, looking up his ex-girlfriend on Facebook. She is registered and has a page on the site. We see Mark sending her a friend request, but never get to find out if she accepts the request or not.

Answer: No, earlier when it came up in the lawyers office, Eduardo thought it came from Mark, but the lawyer stepped in and said they were able to find it themselves. Sean really had no idea what he was talking about, but didn't use it against him.
