Factual error: In the opening scene with Doug Masters flying in Russian airspace, he is to be escorted back to American airspace by MiG-23s. But in fact the two planes that show up are F-4 Phantoms. When the "MiG" fires a missile, you see a completely different plane. Best I can tell, that is not a MiG either.
Revealing mistake: Supposed to take place in Georgia, but all aircraft are registered in Canada. The film was shot in Canada.
Factual error: General Kettle has the wrong service cap. Four clouds instead of six.
Continuity mistake: Wrong aircraft shown repeatedly. F-5's when parked, F-16's when flying, and Mirage 2000's when exploding.
