Revealing mistake: In one scene, when Jack is in the dungeon talking to the fairy, you can clearly see that the "fairy" is nothing more than a light on a thin piece of wire. The wire can be seen quite clearly for two shots.

The Lord of Darkness: You think you have won! What is light without dark? What are you without me? I am a part of you all. You can never defeat me. We are brothers eternal.

Trivia: Studio executives disapproved of David Bennent's German accent, saying 'Gump sounds like a Nazi'. Alice Playten (who also did Blix) dubbed over the lines. Ridley Scott says he tried to locate David Bennent's original dialogue to include it in the Director's Cut, but it could not be found.
