Aggie (Ashley Judd) believes that she's the queen of the bug infestation and that her son Lloyd was taken by the government. Peter (Michael Shannon) believes that he's the drone of the bugs. They both also believe that meeting one another was planned so that they would continue the bug experiment. They pour gasoline in the motel room and on themselves. After saying "I love you" to each other they set themselves on fire.
