Factual error: Near the end of the movie, Jacob takes a cab to go back to Brooklyn, supposedly from another part of New York. However, in the next shot, we see that at the beginning of the ride, they are already in Brooklyn (on Division Ave, for those who know Brooklyn).
Continuity mistake: When Jacob is talking on the phone while shaving, the amount of shaving cream on his face changes from shot to shot.

However, we see that the destination of the ride is actually the easily recognizable condo building on 194 Riverside Drive in the Upper West Side of Manhattan, not in Brooklyn.
Visible crew/equipment: In the dream sequence where Jacob tucks his son Gabe in bed, a crew member is in the mirror, watching on.
Factual error: When Jake gets off the NYC subway at Bergen St, you can see it is the C train, which doesn't stop at Bergen St.
