Jacob's Ladder

Revealing mistake: During the party scene, when Jacob starts hallucinating, you can see the stick that one of the fake birds is attached to.

Factual error: Near the end of the movie, Jacob takes a cab to go back to Brooklyn, supposedly from another part of New York. However, in the next shot, we see that at the beginning of the ride, they are already in Brooklyn (on Division Ave, for those who know Brooklyn).

Factual error: Near the end of the movie, Jacob takes a cab, supposedly to go to Brooklyn. He says to the driver "I'm going to Brooklyn. [...] I know the way. [...] Take me home please." However, we see that the destination of the ride is actually the easily recognizable condo building on 194 Riverside Drive in the Upper West Side of Manhattan, not in Brooklyn.

Factual error: When Jake gets off the NYC subway at Bergen St, you can see it is the C train, which doesn't stop at Bergen St.

Jacob's Doctor: You're a lucky guy, Jake. You must have friends in high places.
