Continuity mistake: Nick asks his mom is he looks like a nerd and combs his fringe. Immediately after, a different angle shows it messed.
Continuity mistake: In Las Vegas, when the baby leaves the car its position keeps changing between shots.
Continuity mistake: Adam feeds Nick a sandwich stretching on his chair and totally loses his balance, lifting an orange cushion underneath and almost falling off the chair. There's an abrupt cut and the kid appears repeating the movement, though now he's sitting straight, and the cushion is gone.
Continuity mistake: When Adam is watching TV, the stuff underneath, next to the white basket, keeps changing from tidy to messy between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Adam is throwing toys, the chair to the left of the screen keeps changing positions all the time.
Continuity mistake: When Nick meets Mandy, the guy by her right has a towel on his shoulder which keeps swapping from thick to thin between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Adam escapes through the window, the state of the blinds he breaks changes between shots.
Continuity mistake: While the family is chasing Adam around the house, the time on the cuckoo clock changes drastically in less than a second.
Continuity mistake: When Wayne jumps on giant Adam and falls down his pants, when he lands on the floor Adam's shoes are clean but from the very next shot they are really dirty.
Continuity mistake: When Nick cries to Adam, "I'll fix you, you little punk" after he breaks the guitar, the scarf next to the hat changes from tidy to spread all over the sofa.
Continuity mistake: Adam is throwing toys all over the room and makes the ceiling lamp swing violently. In the immediate close-up the lamp is still.
Continuity mistake: When they are about to test the laser on the doll, they put glasses on everyone. But when everything goes wrong the black glasses are gone.
Suggested correction: Unless you're taking about a deleted scene, there was no doll test. The lab test was done on a crystal and you can see everyone still has their dark glasses on when it explodes. Even when Wayne shows up late they have it on. After he asks "what's that stuff on your face", we see people to start to take them off. Then the scene then cuts to Dr. Hendrickson already halfway up the stairs and that's when people don't have them, but enough time has passed for them to take them off.
Continuity mistake: When Nick's mom is choking the father, his right leg keeps changing from in between her legs, to being to the side of it.
Continuity mistake: When Adam is throwing things at his brother, a shot from the outside of the house shows the blinds totally closed, but they appear slightly open from the inside. It's not until 10 minutes later that the father shuts them.
Continuity mistake: When the four police cars are riding together along Las Vegas street, the rear shot shows then beginning at the 4 Queens hotel but the immediate front angle places them many meters away.
Continuity mistake: In Las Vegas, when the ice-cream truck is about to play the music, the position of the baby's feet, the lettering on the billboards and the people next to him change completely between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Adam is toying with the car in Las Vegas, the wide shot shows the girl's arms extended, but in the close-up they're covering her face. This swaps back and forth.
Continuity mistake: When Wayne is in the back of the van with his machine when the motorcycle cops are following him, the switches on the machine change position depending on the shot. At first, you see #2 and 5 in the up position, but then only #4 is. He flips them all up and the lights come on, but in the next shot, the lights are off and not all the switches are up. A similar thing happens when he unshrinks the cops.
Continuity mistake: When Wayne is on top of the giant bunny holding the bullhorn he is in front of the bunny's hair in the close-ups, but hidden behind it in the angles where the baby holds the toy (though the bullhorn is still visible), obviously to hide the miniature-Wayne trick.
Continuity mistake: The chocolate stain on the baby's face when home behind the net changes from dark to light between shots.
