Corrected entry: At the very end of the movie when Ceci and her father are driving away, you see them ignore a stop sign that is painted on the road and not stop.
Correction: Character mistake, not movie mistake. Real people do this ALL the time.
Continuity mistake: In the scene when Ceci's father drops her off to the apartment for the first time, she jumps out of the car with her new Barbie. She runs to her mom with it in her left hand, then swithches it to her right hand before her mother picks her up. But in the next shot the doll is back in her left hand.
Veeck: Doll.
Question: Was the mother (the drunk lady that picked up Natasha and the one that was throwing up in the toilet in 10F in the dream) Dahlia's mother or Natasha's mother? Which one was imagining it?
Answer: The drunk woman in the begining of the movie was Dahlia's mother. (Remember, the husband was going to say that Dahlia was unstable because she had an abusive father and an alcoholic mother) That was a flashback. Dahlia was dreaming when she saw herself throwing up in the toilet.
Correction: Probably, but who's to say the water wasn't contaminated? The news is full of stories of contaminated water, polluted water, toxic dumps and landfills, etc. Just because it was not specifically mentioned in the movie doesn't mean it was not contaminated. People often drink contaminated water, or live in other unhealthy conditions without knowing it, and health problems may not occur for years.
